Introduction

Justın Taylor

Principal engineer leading .NET platform strategy and AI adoption at enterprise scale.

I lead .NET platform engineering and AI adoption at enterprise scale, and I do the implementation work myself. Most of my time goes to modernizing legacy systems onto .NET and Kubernetes, and to the standards, templates, and enablement that make AI adoption stick across an engineering org.

My background is engineering, so the work stays hands-on. I write the code, lead the migrations, and own the roadmap for the products that come out of them. The interesting problems are rarely about the tools themselves.

How I Work

The rules I hold to on every project.

A good architecture doesn't matter if the team never adopts it.

I write the code

Templates and standards only spread if I use them alongside the team, not just mandate them.

Adoption is the metric

A rollout isn't done when it ships. It's done when the team actually uses it.
